This seminar is designed to help businesses understand what is a B Corp, why consider getting a certification and how to get started. Participants will be given unlimited access to a free, confidential digital platform that will allow businesses to measure their impact in the areas of governance, social responsibility, employee engagement and environmental footprint. 

If you are a business owner interested in becoming B Corp certified (certified “beneficial” corporation) or looking to complete an impact ‘health check’ then this seminar is for you.

NOTE: Please feel free to bring a snack or brown bag lunch to make the most of this session.

Angela Wittmann, a Senior Account Manager at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC),  who works with small and medium-sized businesses toward improving their strength and competitiveness. Angele is a BDC Champion for the B Corp movement, social enterprises and cooperatives.
