Legal Workshop for Social Entrepreneurs
• Are you thinking about going through B Corp certification for your business but not sure what the legal requirements are?
• Are you launching an impact-oriented business and confused about which business (or non-profit) structure to choose?
TrustLaw is the Thomson Reuters Foundation’s global pro bono legal program. Through TrustLaw, we connect high-impact NGOs and social enterprises working to create social and environmental change with the best law firms and corporate legal teams to provide them with free legal assistance.
In collaboration with B Lab and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP we would like to invite you to a Legal Workshop for Social Entrepreneurs on May 29th.
TrustLaw will discuss how to join our legal pro bono network and lawyers from Blake, Cassels & Graydon will answer the most common legal questions faced by social entrepreneurs. The purpose is to help social entrepreneurs to improve their legal awareness and ensure they are legally “healthy”.
